I lived in the Harvard Apartments owned by Mott Holdings. The landlord was super helpful with any repairs, questions or concerns I had and was always quick to respond to my communications. I even broke my lease and the landlord made the process super easy and straightforward for me to move out early. Also, all of the other tenants were very respectful and responsible people. I would highly recommend living in a building run by Mott Holdings.
My wife and I love living in a Mott Holdings home. Repair requests are always done promptly and the people are so kind.
The Mott family have been a wonderful family to rent from in Seattle. We have lived in this building for more than 10 years, it's a tough decision to leave, we are buying a place! I would highly recommend renting from this family,they are kind, professional and responsive to their renters needs.
Living in a property with Mott Holdings has been my best renting experience to date. They are very friendly and personable landlords. They are prompt at managing repairs and any other miscellaneous issues that may arise. This was a great area in Seattle to live in. The landlord is very responsive to repairs /maintenance which is a big plus. Some notes on my experience: 1. Locks/doors: There is only keyed entry in the property. I personally wished there were a safer electric key entry system. I’d catch the backdoor sometimes not completely shut. The buzzer system for packages didn’t work well in my unit. I would have to go to the door to let packages in. 2. Theft: I had multiple packages stolen.
