My 1-star rating was really 0. Just looked at their website ONLY BECAUSE I got a "thank you, your picture were viewed and helped 500 others who looked at them" just yesterday ! ( the pictures proved that 1)the car was still for sale on their site, though I'd been waiting for a WEEK for a wired-funds total, 2)also proved(dates on the site) that they had actually INCREASED the price of the car by around 300.00. Very professional and not a lot of hassle.
I recently purchased a Honda Civic. Bart (sales) and Josh (financing) were great—professional and easy to work with. The service department, however, has been extremely disappointing. During the test drive, the car couldn’t leave the lot due to brake issues. I was assured everything obvious would be fixed before purchase, so I moved forward. That didn’t happen. The first night, we found a completely out headlight and multiple dashboard warnings. My 17 year old daughter who had to drive home at night like that—unacceptable!... read more
Exceptional service! I want to thank Adam for making the transition so easy. He filled out paperwork and had the car ready to go, washed and with gas, within the hour! Very pleased with this purchase! I will be back!
