I work for another dealership, and so I naturally look for little things other service riders do, and how they approach customers. I will say this, Sam is absolutely amazing! She was quick to let me know the troubles of the vehicle, and gave me different options on how to safely get this vehicle back to our dealership. I would recommend speaking with her if you go here! (She's got fun hair too :P)
There was a time when lincoln automobiles were a status symbol and the king of hyway cruisers This dealer back in the day had many employees who knew and understood the product line All employees at this dealer now do not have a clue I spoke to a young lady today who had no idea of the path of this vehicle over the years We have lost another good dealer to change
