I have been having my Benzs and BMW serviced there for over a decade. Have been to other local shops but, continue to go back there. They have now been servicing my daughter’s Volkswagen as well. Always more than satisfied!!
Great service! Very dependable and knowledgeable. Recently, my wife's x5 was overheating and needed parts shipped in. The parts arrived late on a Thursday afternoon, so they worked several hours past closing to have it fixed for Friday. Thanks!

my sister just left there and had a horrible experience. They were going to charge her $155 more for work than other places and after she said she was going to take her car somewhere else unless they could price match, they said "good luck with that" they threatened to keep her car unless she paid $115 as a diagnostic fee that they did not mention before. They bad mouthed Munchen (which has a great reputation) and said they were a terrible business. It's not professional to bad mouth others and not good business to try to ch... read more
