Motorworks by Dallas changed my life, and for the first time in a long time, IT WAS FOR THE BETTER!
I called and asked about getting a diagnosis . After , saying that I may get the work done at my former auto repair shop , the man on the phone acted like he wasn’t in the least bit interested . I then TRIED to say that I possibly would get the work done there after he explained how difficult it could be . Even after saying this he literally BLEW ME OFF AND HUNG UP THE PHONE !!! Many people get diagnoses on their vehicles and can’t afford to get the work done at all but they still want a diagnoses !!! This business obviously... read more
I have been bringing my cars to Dallas and crew for years. Always up front and honest and a group you can trust. I live on the southshore so not closest but I know that my car will be taken care of as if they own it, done right the first time and at a fair price.
