Stay away from this shop. I brought in my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee for rear-end body repair and the experience was a complete nightmare. The liftgate wasn’t closing properly, it was uneven and misaligned. I had to bring the car back multiple times just for them to get that part somewhat right. But it got worse. I feel like for a lot of consumers, a mechanics shop is an uncomfortable experience. If you don’t have a good set of foundational knowledge, you’re put in a position where you’re taking someone’s word with, typically, a fair amount of money on the line. I can say with honesty, that was not the case at Motorwerks. Quite the opposite. Hello so very sad to say I have experienced very poor service as I was having a transmission fault on my Porsche so I had it towed in to motorwerks and after them having my car for 4 days they told me my car was fine with no transmission issues and said I needed a new battery so after they replaced the battery (that I did not need $750.00 ) they told me I could pick up my car. After picking up my car and driving 10 miles down the road my cars transmission locked up on me. So all in all and after $1200.00 with tow bills I’m a... read more
