Hello all once again I would like to circle back on my horrible experience with this shop so you don’t have to. After I submitted my review on my Porsche problem that this shop did a horrible job with they called me to take down my review, they offered me money back as they did not want anyone to see my honest review. They did not refund me and such a garbage shop do not take your car here as they are not professional!!!!
Excellent service on my 2014 E63s. I had my entire engine and transmission pulled from the car to replace the turbos with new upgraded ones, it took them about 31 hours to complete it all in a span of a couple weeks. Matt was very good about everything, especially in being thorough. Which is something you definitely want in this kind of service. I paid quite a bit less than what Mercedes quoted me. haven't even brought my car here yet to get worked on but the guy i talked to on the phone was a 100000/10 help with my car and i will be bringing it in very soon, amazing customer service highly recommend.
