I brought my car into service today. There was an issue with my transaction when I bought my car so they told me they would make up the inconvenience that it caused when I service my car. I mentioned it to the service advisor, and he said he would look into it. Have had good Service from Motorwerks BMW in Bloomington, but a recent incident involved a nail in a tire of an overnight loaner car that cost plenty. The car was returned on time with a tire that had picked up a nail and appeared to have low pressure. The entire cost of fixing the tire was over $400 and was charged to the customer. Beware buying a newer BMW vehicle-if you have an accident and need repair -you may be caught between your insurance company’s out dated 30 day limit on a loaner and BMW-saying no replacement parts are available on new vehicles for up to a year. As a single woman, who recently lost her job, this leaves me with $900 per month for the lowest cost car rental, plus payment of my BMW car payment =$1350/ month with no end in sight. Filing a complaint for ********* work in *********** *********. I received a 59 dollar visit gift card to use towards my oil change. Im here at the service center getting an oil change and now theyre telling me that I cant use the 50 dollars **** card towards my bill. Filed application to get financed by BMW financial and they created multiple hard pulls on our credit by asking several banks to finance a car loan without letting us know. when we found out we told them to stop and they kept doing it. We will never go back to that dealership ever again.

Poor incompetent service. Called BMW to get part for BMW. Gave them car info / VIN#. They said did not have in stock, but will have tomorrow. Came in picked part got home, checked not the correct part. Brought back, not installed or removed from sealed plastic bag. Returned part, but BMW charge a 10% restocking for wrong part that they got from BMW warehouse. NOT RIGHT. BMW made the mistake. Should of issued full refund of $482.88 not $437.06. My daughter took her car in to get her high beams replaced. They told her that they were ***** type bulbs and a require a more involved process of replacing. $500 for the bulbs and $600 labor. Took to another repair shop, ********** New Brighton, and were told they were normal bulbs and swapped them out as we waited. 30 minutes and $60 later we were on our way. Will never take another vehicle to these a******* Would give them zeros stars if the software allowed.
I brought my vehicle here for service like I do every 4,000 miles. This time one of the employees here helped them self to my property in my vehicle. My iPhone 11 Pro Max was stolen and the service manager refused to show video footage.
