I did not specifically go to this business, but the security guard assigned to this seems to think the adjacent rail parking belongs to the business. I arrived, he flashed his flashlight to my face, asked me to pay $50 cash parking, I refused because it was obviously public parking. And he decided to actively cuss me out while calling a tow truck. all this because I did not want to actively support his side hustle. Will be speaking to management directly as this guy is a huge liability.
Tried to get an auto quote for their duPont Registry insurance product for collector cars. Over 5 days I was promised a quote, then when I asked for my quote on day 5, Sebastian told me they aren't quoting due to reorganizing their staff. This company has issues, and if you were to ever need to process a claim, I would be concerned with their ability or willingness to pay and assist. This is a pass for me, for others caveat emptor!

Last night I had a terrible experience trying to park around the streets to visit the bar restaurant next door to this place. There is a security guy that works for your company and he’s been illegally charging people to park in the streets. Since he’s armed he was very aggressive and demanding about $20 cash to park otherwise he threatened us to call a towing company to remove our cars. He has a terrible and aggressive attitude.
