Really was looking forward to having some work done. Guy couldn't wait to get off the phone. Tried to keep the convo minimum since I've called 10 other places to ask the same question. Guy was appalled to spend more than 1 minute on the phone. Sorry mister know it all for bothering you asking questions about the services you provide.
Love this place
Whoever answered the phone was pretty rude and acted like he couldn't be bothered...didn't really seem interested in attracting new business. He talked over me, asked me to repeat the type of engine several times, then when I repeated it for the final time, he says "forget it" and just hung up. He might do decent work (according to his other reviews), but there are other shops that do decent work and have far better customer service skills as well.
Dropped a head off for resurface and valve seals, had it back to me the next day even with the shop being so busy in the spring. Best place around
