I want to sing the praises of Motorpool Automotive! My poor Bebop (Little Ford) stopped working in the parking lot and left me stranded! At 4:30 in the afternoon! One phone call did it all! I called and those wonderful guys arranged a tow truck, rental car, (if I needed it) diagnostic, and regular updates! Thank you to Steven Motorpool Sorrell, Chris, Ryan and all the guys at Motorpool! You rescued a stranded Elf!
Have to admit I went in skeptical with all the amazing reviews. Was blown the hell away. These guys have some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. They make you feel like they really appreciate your business. I have found my families mechanic for life.
I have been in several times and consistently feel at home and confident I am getting excellent repair at a fair price.
