The staff is kind, knowledgeable and patient. Claudia helped me through the entire insurance process and the staff there were always ready and attentive to my questions. They helped me with the claims, rental and all the paperwork. For a bit of context, I ran into some trouble with a different (shady) collision centre, and decided to move my car to Motori instead. I’d highly recommend it to everyone.
