Sam was very friendly, very low pressure. He accomodated all our visits and tests. They agreed to fix the AC before we bought. AC failed after about a week but they took it back and fully fixed it up to have the AC running like new. They are friendly and reliable here.
It was my first visit there bought my first car, a Lexus GS 350, awesome experience, and Thanks to Sam for everything.
