The folks at MFI are really fantastic. Shane and the entire staff from sales to service have always been very professional, responsive and courteous. One of the best, if not the best, motorcycle dealers I've done business with. Highly recommend them to anyone.
Bought my brand new cbr2016 in March. Great customer service. Had a bunch of questions. They answered all my questions.
I bought my new 2011 ZX6 and ZX10 here back in 2011.
Extensive work needed on a bike that sat for far too long. MFI took great care of it and was very flexible with me in handling my ride! I'd take my bike there again and would recommend MFI to friends.
Not bad at all. Some are friendly, some are kinda. Only down side I have to say is that my safety wire wasn't replaced. Was told they don't do that. Wish it was said before hand so I wouldn't have to spend more money and another trip to another shop. But over all good with there work.
