Shane Thompson and Todd Owen ensured my Honda CTX 700 was safe to ride; corrected DIY chain replacement that was unsafe. I will now leave two wheel maintenance to this experts. "AD" the GM gave me excellent deal on a Vulcan 900 classic. MFI is leap and bounds above other motorcycle outlets in the area. 5 STARS.
I've been going to motorcycle factory for any bike service I've needed since my first motorcycle purchase in 2008. I've always received good service and a good attitude. Shane has always been helpful, even when just calling for tips or reccomendations. I'll continue to be their loyal customer. They've serviced my 1994 CBR 600F2, 2004 CBR 609F4i, and my current 2004 ST1300A.
I highly recommend MFI. I live three hours away and never regret the trip there. I like to make my purchases a fun experience and MFI never disappoints. I always arrive to a happy staff that can’t wait to set me up right and deals that are the best I can find. Thanks MFI, I loved my new rides this summer!
