They close at 3 PM on Saturdays -_- The website says 4pm, Google says 5pm, but they close at 3pm according to their door. I have a daughter and hurried over to this dealership after her nap.

Very concerning experience. Before even showing us a car, the salesperson demanded our full SSN and said they would run a hard credit check immediately. We were willing to provide information after deciding on a vehicle, but not before even seeing it. When we declined, the staff became rude and asked us to leave. This felt suspicious, unprofessional and inappropriate. Buyers should be very cautious about sharing sensitive personal information here.
Our experience at Legend Motorcars in Carrollton was fantastic. We worked with James Grant and he was great. We were so happy to find out that they don't have any junk fees - the advertised price is the price we were quoted, plus TTL (which wasn't inflated). Their prices were very fair and they don't use typical car dealer tactics like making you wait a long time.
