Be careful of this dealership! Bought a nissan pathfinder at this dealership. At first, Johnny was helpful. There were 2 keys given to us when we pick up the car but one of them is not working and he said it needs a new battery. I changed the battery but it gives “ID error code” when we try it on the car. Reached out to Johnny but he wasn’t really helpful at all and just told us to youtube it to reprogram. Tried 4 different videos and still doesn’t work. I bought a 2008 Highlander from Motor World in October 2024. Johnny was friendly and made the process easy. I didn’t negotiate, the price was a bit high, but fair. I wanted a quick deal and assumed the safety would be done properly. I even mentioned the cracked tires, which (no surprise) were the only thing it failed for. Just so happened to find this place on Car Gurus looking for my first car. I have to say this was a great experience as a first time shopper. Motor world has been extremely reliable and communicative even after the purchase of the car! Paul especially has been very helpful and informative throughout the process.
