RecommendedMotor Wheel Lofts is a great place in Lansing! The restored Historical Motor Wheel Building turned Lofts offers the feel of luxury combined with the history of Industrialism. Let’s not forget, in 2021 there will be 160k flowers in bloom surrounding the building for the tenants and community to enjoy. 5 Stars!
I am getting ready to go into my third year living here. I am so pleased with the whole experience, the management has been great since day one and still even now. So willing to hear the tenants and work with you. The maintenance is very quick to react to a ticket. The heated enclosed garage is amazing! I would suggest finding another apartment location if you are uncertain you can fulfill your entire lease, they will not work with you and have you pay a “remarket” fee of over $400, which is non refundable even if they do not re-lease your loft. They then stored maintenance items in my empty loft while I paid the rent. I was then charged damage fees for the mess they left while I was not residing there. I’ve lived at Motor Wheel Lofts for nearly 4 years now. I love living here for so many reasons! The lofts are beautiful, well taken care of, and quiet. You don’t at all feel like you are a part of an apartment community. Maintenance is very responsive when needed. Both the owner and Adison have been very accommodating. I had a wonderful experience living at Motor Wheel Lofts! All of the staff were very friendly, consistently around and attentive to any needs I had. Maintenance was prompt, professional and easy to request services from. The property manager is very involved and genuinely concerned about the experience and satisfaction of the residents. I absolutely loved living here! Management was wonderful in dealing with all of my questions and concerns. Neighbors were quiet and respectful. I have absolutely no complaints!
Still waiting on a deposit to be returned from 2012. I was told in April it was being mailed, and no one is responding to my emails.
They are great in making you run around when you leave the place and when your security deposit is due from them. I have been calling and requesting my security deposit and credit that is in my acct to be returned for the past two weeks (i was originally told it will be mailed to me on the 15th) and i have been told one thing after the other every time.
