If I could leave zero stars I would. First, this isn’t on T&C, but I’ve had a master brake cylinder in recall for nearly 18 months. Every 2 months I call only to be told no solution. So Wednesday I call and am told that yes, the part is finally in. Why didn’t they call me??? This part is all in T&C Ford: so I drive all the way across town and through Lloyd constructuon to drop off my truck. Told it will take a couple of hours. Truck had no oil in it when I bought it. Said they changed the oil but the filter was marked over a year old.
I purchased a 2014 Escape Titanium from Town and Country Ford in 2018. The purchase process was top notch. We are VERY pleased with our Escape Titanium. We have had T & C do all of our required service and updates and the very few repairs. EVERYONE that we have had interaction with have been extremely polite and friendly and professional. Not once have their prices been out of line. We are extremely pleased with every facet of our dealings with Town & Country Ford from 2018 to the present.
