It was my first visit to Motor Supply and overall it was nice. Highlights for me were the pork loin and our personalized mimosas - the bartender made mimosas for us by substituting grapefruit juice for the orange juice at our request and they were delicious! I wasn’t crazy about the grits - I’m Georgia born and very picky about my grits. They have to be thick bit creamy and cooked and stirred forever...and I thought the grits tasted undercooked and were too thick, but that’s just my personal opinion. I usually have a great experience. Thanks! I have what might seem an odd question. Is the person who cooks your grits from the south?
We had a lovely brunch. Highlights were the browned-butter pan seared catfish and the buttermilk biscuits. I’m not a fan of the way the grits are prepared, but that is obviously a question of personal taste.
