I would like to say that I had a good experience with Scott Scott listed to what I had to say and solve it. I had a bad experience with thously motorsports. I would like to say think you scott and it's good to see some employees at WillMar motorsports think you for the business.
Sales was okay.boughf a 2016 mxz tmr got a deal then I get a call about a skid plate I ordered that only half was down an I needed to send them the rest to send it. I don't have time to go back an forth on this skid plate therefore they can keep it and my 70 bucks. They may loose a few customers out of the deal but I don't think that phases them. I hope they hang it on their wall so they can tell their customers about that customer they will never see again lol
Went in with the family to purchase an atv. Josh and the msw crew made it a very pain free buying experience . Great products at very competitive prices. They even kept my kids entertained during the buying process. Thanks again
Purchased a brand new Polaris 4 wheeler from these guys. 79 miles later the motor blew up. 66 days after I brought it in they called and said it was ready. Should have gotten a new machine instead I got to pay full price for a rebuilt motor. They offered to extend my warranty 2 months .shows how much these guys trust there product and how much they care about there customer's
Rude management- excessive costs -untimely work- terrible at communication. Our group will not use them again
I went in looking for a Honda xr650l and was so impressed with their customer service and great attitude. They have a large selection of bikes and an amazing service department with vast knowledge and skills. I took my dad in the next day and he walked out with a Kawasaki Ninja! I've bought 2 motorcycles from MSW they have great product and they're pretty decent to work with. My 2nd bike had a title problem and they were very helpful walking me through.
Drove an hour from Marshall to purchase from them instead of here in town because of there service quality.
