I just had my company's work van, a Ford Transit Connect, serviced there. The owner, Kevin is the nicest guy and the work high quality. I can't imagine a complaint anybody would ever have about this place. Remember in Mr Rogers where everybody who provides a service is part of the community? But in real life that's not how things work - he does.
I've been coming here for almost a year now and have always been treated kindly and given excellent service. They take care of you quickly when they can and I've never been recommended something that I don't actually need. When my husband came in (leaking fluid from the bottom of the car), they figured out it was a loose fitting, fixed it and sent him on his way free of charge. Kevin was incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. I walked in close to closing after my car started making loud noises while driving, and he took care of it quickly—I was able to pick my car up the next day. I really appreciated how respectful and helpful he was. It’s not easy to find a shop that is both knowledgeable and genuinely nice, but this place absolutely is.
Kevin the owner is truly one of the nicest people I’ve ever come across. I never question if I’m getting great service. And I always know I’m getting a fair price. I’ve been to a couple of shops in the city before finding this one, and I’m now be a lifelong customer.
