Took my company car to Motor Mat yesterday and Jojo did a great job. Not only did he do a good job on the car but his customer service skills were outstanding! Will definitely go again!
I use to bring my car here on a regular basis. But the last few times it just keeps getting worse and yesterday was the last straw. It wasn't bad enough that that the girl who asks which wash you want was playing on her phone and told me I could wait she was busy. Then the kid doing my car didn't even bother to dry the top or entire back of my car. He didn't clean any of the inside windows or wipe anything inside I had to ask him.
