Very disappointed! Things have sure changed from awhile ago. Save you money!!!
Highly disappointed. My 1st time here and the quality is subpar. I specifically asked to focus on my windows and yet they are almost worse than when I arrived now that they are streaked ridiculously.
We have been coming to Motor Mat for over 30 years . They installed this new payment system , prices went up and service went down . They can’t dry a car and wash windows properly . Today when I had my car washed he did not clean the outside of my windows . Or wipe my whole car off and with the new system we paid 4.00 to have that service . It’s a shame because the old system worked ? Not sure the purpose of the new way besides raising prices ! Not sure where we will go but we need to look at other options ! Sad !
Mr John Bays you really have to be kidding me? You upgrade your system and downgrade your service. Today I spent $20 for $5 service detail! The young man and the lady at the cashier said you guys don’t do interior wiping with a towel? What in the world happened? This is horrible way to keep customers satisfied with the basic amenities of what a car wash is about! So now you’ll decided to get regular pay without quality service! Shame on this establishment!!!!!

They broke my windshield and ripped off my wiper. Said it was not their problem. I would recommend people take their business elsewhere. There are plenty of other car washes in the area.

My favorite Car Wash . Always had great service and if they missed something they would re-do it without issue. The detail shop is excellent . The employees were always friendly and courteous .
