I had an awful time with Mike at Moto Inn in Spirit Lake after he told me a car I wanted to look at was in Des Moines and they'd have it up for me to look at a few days later cause it was the weekend and I was getting financing at my bank and would be up the day he said it would be available and so I called and then he told me the car was in South Eastern Iowa and they wouldn't go get the car for several more days so I called the next closest Motor Inn which was Algona and the car I wanted was sitting on that lot and even af... read more
My experience with the service department was great. With no appointment at the end of the day while busy, they fixed a tire for me where several other places turned me away.
