I can’t thank you guys enough for my experience in purchasing a new RV. Everyone (Coach, Billy, Curtis, Mat and Robert) was extremely nice and very diligent in helping me through the process. Doing this all on line was scary in the beginning but when I arrived at your dealership I realized I was dealing with professionals and not just a dealer. Bought a 2018 Coachmen Leprechaun for the price. We had made finance arrangements prior to delivery. In addition, we new exactly the model and floor plan we wanted so we were an easy sale. When we arrived, we met the salesman we had been dealing with over the phone. He took us to our Coachmen and turned us over to a delivery tech and the salesman was gone. Wasted a trip to Texas from TN, we went to look at 15 Prevost, it was not charged they said if we purchased it we would have to wait about 5 weeks. We looked at 2018 Realm, around $800,000 said it would be 2 weeks before we could get it. They sale retail & your trade in is below wholesale value. You might as well leave your RV at home. We talked to salesman in the RV, he would come & ask us to wait until he goes in & sees what they can do. We are coming back home & trading with local dealer. Be very careful. The price was great and the people were nice, but the prep work was, to say the least, inadequate. During the first walkthrough, when we turned the coach on, the check engine light came on and stayed on. We pointed it out, and the guy brushed it off and went on to talk about the wonderful radio. I stopped him and told him we wanted the engine problem addressed immediately, and there was no point in going further until it was addressed. BEFORE YOU BUY - make the trip to Florida (yes the largest RV Dealership). I was in contact by email, phone, and text with a sales rep at MHSRV. Told him 3 diesel pushers we wanted to see. One of the units was a consignment unit and his only comment was that if we bought that one he wouldn't get his full commission. Decided to fly in for the day to see the 3 units.
