TERRIBLE Experience, THEY LIE!!!!!!!!!!!! 12/15/2020 I purchased a brand new 2021 Forest River Georgetown GT7 from MHSRV, I live in *********, so I had to drive a vehicle down to Texas to pick it up. This is the last of several emails I sent to MHS. I sent this email to the CEO- no reply to date or help in honoring their pre-sale commitments. I would advise never to go to the dealership without written and signed agreements from the dealership.....I learned my lesson the hard way. I purchased a RV from your dealership on March 21, 2020. Do NOT buy from Motor Home Specialist (MHSRV), RUN!! We bought one-way flights to purchase a new coach from MHS RV only to find out at pick-up two weeks later that the coach was not as advertised online. The coach had many items that were still missing and not completely installed, but were itemized on the window sticker, fraudulently misrepresenting the coach and inflating the MSRP. Worst experience of my life. Last July I bought my new dream motorhome at their Alverado dealership. I was promised by my salesman, Marty, and the management, that they went over my new motorhome very carefully and made sure everything is in perfect condition. Yet when I drove out I discovered all they did was wash the outside and poorly broom sweep the inside. There was almost no gas in the gas tank, no washer fluid, no propane. That was the easy stuff. Do your self a favor and buy from somebody else. the 5th wheel i purchased from them ended up having some frame damage which we had to repair at the cost of over 5k. All four slide outs have water damage and also found extensive water damage above and around the entry door. the sales guy collin said that he had "put his hands on this coach and it was perfect except for a little water damage in the rear." Straight up lied. on top of all the water damage the 2 main slides on the rear of the coach wont close into the slide... read more

Purchased a new 2019 Thor Synergy ST on 5/4/2019. Once I arrived home noticed numerous missing items and many issues (15)that had not been caught on their PDI and a roof leak. I called back and was told that it would be one month wait and additional one month for repairs. I understand that they are busy but really feel that management at MHSRV does not care after the sale. Horrible experience. We are still trying to overcome what we went through at MHSRV! The Motorhome we purchased has so far been a good experience, but the way we were treated, what we went through....the fact that we flew in from Arizona to be treated this way, we now wish we gave our business to someone who would have appreciated and deserved it.

Warranty work service...30 days to take it, another 3 weeks to just look at it, then work has to be approved!!! #1 in worlds longest waiting time. Still no end in sight.
