Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great shop.
I walked around this shop for 20 minutes and was never greeted or approached by a staff member. Even though someone else 10 feet away was. It wasn't busy and had a few customers but not crowded. I wonder if it was because I had the wrong look, (jeans, t sirt, work boots) or if it's because I'm a woman? This shop is 1 of 3 Triumph dealers in easy reach of my house. I'm looking for a new Triumph and they are now off my list. I didn't think anyone could afford to blow off a potential customer. Very disappointing.
I have been a customer of MCC for many years. It is one of a very few businesses that has never disappointed me. They have the best products and service.
These guys know motorcycles! Done lots of motorcycle business with them and always leave as a happy customer.
Great dealer and great selection of bikes! And very helpful staff!
