I have a 2014 MV Agusta Brutale 800. I contacted Rocky in the service center on July 2nd and told him I believed my sprague clutch was fried. I put my bike on a trailer and drove 300 miles arriving just before closing. Rocky waited for me and was very honest that the part might be on back order for a while. He kept me updated, called in some favors and had my bike on the hoist with parts in hand within 3 weeks. We recently purchased a motorcycle from MCC. The experience could not have been better. Peter was extremely helpful from the minute we walked in the door. We had changed our minds a few times in a few days it took to complete the purchase and he was always there to answer our phone calls and guide us in the right direction. My girlfriend and i randomly were looking to buy a bike for this summer. We come across MCC and boy i will come back for more!! Peter (sales rep.) was amazing and helped us out from the begining all the way to the end! It didnt even feel like he was just trying to sell us a bike he made us feel like home and did everything for us to leave with a smile on my face!!
