I had a Saturday appointment, first 5000 mileage visit and scheduling was a breeze. This was my first interaction with this dealership and it has become and will be my go to, even though it is 25 plus miles further than my "closest 2" dealers. My advisor was Ino and he was straight forward and told me what was going to be completed and kept me informed along the process.
This my first Lexus and my first service appointment at a Lexus dealership. I’m not used to being treated like I am somebody important at a service appointment. I really like how they assign an individual service consultant to me and he is the person who walks you through the whole process and calls you when it’s ready and the person you can call with questions, even after the service is done. It is always nice to have my vehicle serviced here, the staff is very courteous and efficient. The waiting area is clean & quiet, I just take the time to relax.
