Mathew was very courteous and did a good job in explaining the service.
This was simply a scheduled maintenance, no repair needed. The Motor City service dept was outstanding as usual, particularly Ino. He is courteous and has always been above & beyond helpful & knowledgeable in his work. We will ask for him every time. Our car was done in a timely fashion and washed too. Thank you Ino and MCL!
Daniel was very helpful like how inspection reports show a video and photos so you can see what is actually wrong with car. Got a loner Vechile while they fix my car. Nice waiting area and every one that was working was very nice.
I had the 6 month service on our new 350h suv,. I had a new key programmed and headrest fixed from a recalled notice. Everything was smooth in my service. My service provider was Dustin and he was great!
