My experience at the dealership was exceptional! My service advisor, Dustin, was very welcoming, courteous and knowledgeable. He informed about the maintenance that was required on my vehicle and the options that I had in a very timely manner. He kept me updated throughout the service and had my vehicle ready as soon as I arrived to pick it up. I also really appreciate him following up on the next day to make sure everything is okay. Always a pleasure to visit. The only requirement I would change is to let the customer know what is due prior to the visit. We all expect there will be a cost but just so it isn't a sticker shock so to speak. I agreed with the maintenance just would have liked to know before I arrived. Thank you
