Uses residents belongings (garden hose) for draining boilers at apartment complex, damaging the hose and not putting it back where they found it. It's been left for 3 weeks outside on the ground as a tripping hazard and totally forgotten about by this company. One of our residents bought this hose special made. It was not from Home Depot. It was quite expensive. This was not something that belonged to the apartment complex. I doubt that this hose even is viable after having 250° temperatures run through it.
