Update: After reading other reviews, its clear you’ve left other people dissatisfied as well. Why bother implementing an automated reminder system in your business if you’re going to complain about it? Your rescheduling policy is ineffective and pushing away business in a small community. Reaching out to reschedule 23 hrs and 55 minutes ahead of an appointment is reasonable. Congratulations, it’s a whole 5 minutes less than 24 hours. I scheduled an appointment with Ali for my sister-in-law to have her hair done before her wedding and Ali couldn’t have been more accommodating, communicative and kind! Both my SIL and myself had a lovely time, and my SIL absolutely LOVES her hair. It’s made her both comfortable and confident. Highly recommend working with Ali, she’s fantastic!
