We are a CrossFit gym and we do CrossFit. We were the third CrossFit Gym open in Michiagn and the 168th in the world. We have been around since 2007 and we still love what we do. come see us and experience what Motor City CrossFit as all about.

What a wonderful place to be!!! The trainers are all excellent and encouraging! They are so dedicated, geniune and committed to the members, making sure the workouts are fun and safe. When you're injured, they see that what you do is safe and are accommodating. The members are all so welcoming and we all encourage eachother. Some very genuinely good people! We're a family. Such a welcoming atmosphere! Awesome coaching staff and members. The WODs really push you and everyone encourages one another to give each day their all. I'm happy to have joined Motor City and I'm looking forward to the progress I'll make here!
I dropped into this box 3 times this past week while in town for work, and the coaches and members couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful. The facility and equipment is top-notch and the thoughtfully planned WODs kicked my butt. Highly recommend!
