We are a CrossFit gym and we do CrossFit. We were the third CrossFit Gym open in Michiagn and the 168th in the world. We have been around since 2007 and we still love what we do. come see us and experience what Motor City CrossFit as all about.

I never write reviews, but had to for MCCF. Dropped in for a few days while I was in town for the holidays. First time dropping into another box, so I was a little nervous. Couldn’t have had a better experience! Great coaching, solid programming, ample space, fantastic equipment, and very friendly, supportive/inclusive athletes. Felt like I’d been working out here for years almost immediately. Thank you so much for letting me join your community (and for such a generous stretch of time)!!
Great Box, I dropped in and they definitely made an old fat slow southern boy feel right at home. Thanks for the good coaching and encouragement.
Love this place! People are friendly and the entire training staff really cares about your fitness goals and want to teach you how to properly train! You can't go wrong with this place!

I think Motor City has the most Awesome group of coaches and the best clientele out there. I love the energy of all the classes. The coaches are professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. CrossFit yields results! If you are consistent, you will see gains.
Dropped in for the 6 am class from out of town to round out the 2017 Open. Everything you'd expect from the CrossFit community -- great coaching and awesome people. Will definitely drop in again if ever back in town!
