Joseph was the calm in my storm. With his confident voice and demeanor, we navigated the 5 months it took to bring my LexusRX back to its original performance and appearance. He showed extreme knowledge of what was being worked on. And on our parting day, we learned something new and that is there is a little give when pressing on the hood of these cars.
