My Buick Enclave had been hit in the driver side passenger door panel. Motor City Collision Service did an outstanding job of replacing and painting the new parts to blend in with the old. It is impossible to tell that a collision ever occurred on that door panel. Thank you Motor City Collision for a timely and well done job!
Motor City Collision Center did an amazing job with my vehicle. They made sure my vehicle received the appropriate parts and went above and beyond with ensuring the vehicle came out in tip top shape. Javier answered my every call and answered every single question I had while my car was at the shop . Javier made it easier to know I can trust Motor City throughout the entire process.
Javier was great, he took the time to explain everything to me. The process took a little longer then what I was told & my car was left on empty. But the end result was good. Maria the lady in the front was rude and short. Didn’t explain anything to me just handed me a paper that explained the process. Then when I did have to sign papers she seemed annoyed that I was taking time to read them over, she seemed annoyed when I asked questions or asked for copies of the papers I signed, she just seemed rushed . You all were great. You dealt with AAA for me when they had no idea what they were doing. I appreciate that you all communicated well with me, during such a stressful time. My car was totaled, but y'all still did a great job, and in a timely manor.
