Timelines were not met. Paint job had to be redone bc dust and particles got into paint booth. When my vehicle was returned there was glue residue in multiple places from badge replacement. Disappointed in the condition my vehicle was returned. Body shop asked to have the vehicle back so they can clean up what should have been done initially.
Mary and Joseph took care of me during the body repair and insurance company payment process. And Sean moved my project up the ladder to get it finished. Great teamwork! Car looks fantastic!
I was really pleased on fast Motor City Collision got my lexus in and got it completed on the body work and painting. Looks as good as new.
