I bought a car sight unseen from Texas and I worked with Alex over the phone. Process was smooth and they helped get me all the paperwork mailed and also worked with me to get the vehicle shipped from California to Texas. Vehicle showed up in great condition as described.
Great Dealer, super nice and easy to work with, price was negotiable, and wonderfully quick to respond. Came detailed as well, and from a small detailer, they did a pretty good job.
We recently bought a car from Motor Cars of OC. Bob and Alex assured us that the car was in perfect condition and that it was checked by the manufacturer's dealership and everything was fine. The next day the car wouldn't start. We thought maybe the key needed a new battery. We got a new battery for the key and also we programmed the second key (which needed to be programmed), but that didn’t solve the problem.
