Well I am sure they do quality work, the communication is awful. Both times I have had my vehicle in and I have had to chase them to give me updates, estimates, ETAs, or even to look at the car. My car has been on their lot for five weeks and they still haven’t looked at it. The only reason I know? I called today, and got a rude response. Embarrassing customer service, and I cannot express a level of disappointment in them. RecommendedFor 30 years I have done business with Motorcars International. Russ and Greg are not your typical dealer. There is no stress buying or servicing your car at Motorcars, their knowledge of foreign cars is light years ahead of anyone in New England and I will not go anywhere else! ... and now with the addition of Avery, Motorcars has passed the torch to the next generation! If your looking knowledgeable and honest people then Motorcars should be your choice!!!!
