Half-assed workmanship, overcharged for services not approved. Could have been killed when a jerry-rigged substitute for the pivot bolt on my shifter arm sheared while driving on the freeway. Brought my bike in for a shifter arm repair, came back when the first fix failed, now for the 2nd time, I'm on the side of the road at rush hour with the shifter arm hanging off the side of my bike because of sub-par standards from lazy mechanics.
