Bought my XDiavel S over the weekend. Took the train in from out of state to take delivery. Graham was awesome and a pleasure to work with. From the intro of all the departments, to a walk around of the bike 5 stars all the way. Had the bike ready to go when I arrived. And Shahin in finance. What can I say??? Hooked up a 5 year warranty into my financing and still kept me under budget. I love this guy. Great job to you all, can't wait to get my next Duc from you guys.
I am planning on buying a 959 and I will buy it from them . Those are some of the coolest gear heads I’ve ever met. Very nice people and very knowledgeable.
This place is amazing at all levels and departments. If you are looking to buy a Ducati or have one this is the place to visit.
Motocorsa used to be the place to hang. It was where the fun parties introduced you to the new great motorcycles. Now it’s where they use hype and parties to make you look away from the quality. My bike was a lemon, Ducati USA admitted it was a lemon, and Motocorsa wouldn’t stand by their product. If you want coffee and a party, great place. If you want a motorcycle with reliability, go anywhere else.
It’s easy to give 5 stars when everything goes right. What really sets MotoCorsa apart is how they handled things when things went wrong. There was an issue with paperwork and Lindsay was superb, she kept me updated and although it was a state issue not a MotoCorsa issue, she apologized profusely and worked hard to minimize the delay.
