When I ordered new racks, I knew they were not in stock. After receiving a second request to review without having received the racks, I did a less than favorable review, then discovered the ship email. I would have appreciated a status email and had gotten antsy. They were prompt to follow up with me. It’s obvious they strive for good service, and I would have been wise to just give them a call. The racks look good, I am looking forward to getting them installed.
Had a mistake in my shipment with the wrong part being sent. They took care of my issue extremely fast. Sent me a label to send the one I received back and got the correct order shipped out that same day. Mistakes happen and Moto Machines handles it perfectly. Will be sure to recommend and purchase from them in the future.
