This is my home studio and I love it so much. Every trainer is amazing, but today I took a class with Ruby and it was so good! She always leads a super challenging class and I leave feeling so strong and ready to tackle the day. I’m grateful to have this class to go to as an escape from our crazy world.
I LOVE this studio. Gwen is the best instructor but all of them are good. It can be tough but you feel good afterwards & you definitely know you worked out!!
Odette is amazing! Good music, great workout!
