This has been an excellent place to live, from the location to the well-maintained facilities and friendly staff. Highly recommend!
I really enjoyed living here and would highly recommend it to others. The building is nice and is in an awesome location. Staff/management were helpful and my interactions with them were always very pleasant.
We lived here for nearly 5 years and had a wonderful experience. The apartment itself was exactly what we were looking for, and both management and maintenance were quick to address any minor things that came up. We always enjoyed our neighbors, and got a chance to meet many of them on the community deck (complete with grill!). The neighborhood itself is in a perfect location - very walkable to many restaurants, bars, and grocery stores, not to mention lake of the isles which is a beautiful place to visit any time of year. Just another luxury building. You can practically smell the greed. The rent is obscene. A textbook case of price gouging fomented by the broken housing market
