We've used Motion storage since before the new ownership. There were some bumps in the road during the transition, but things have smoothed out nicely since. The online bill pay makes things easy and quick. It's an overall stress free experience.
Units are really good. I have been disappointed with the big increase in price over the last 2-3 years. It seems like big increases over a brief period of time. Mine rent has nearly doubled.
Something happened to our lock and the company called as soon as they saw it was gone. Very pleased with their attention to detail.
