Three stars for the PT staff !! They were nice and knowledgeable. The lady at the front desk was not welcoming at all. The carpet was dirty and smelly, towels dirty and dingy, fabric on the bed ripped. I will not be returning to your New City location.
Top notch expertise, patience and concern. The therapists and aides were fully invested in my recovery from rotator cuff surgery and the results show. I’m back on the slopes and field thanks to them.
