Great clean facility and the staff is very knowledgeable, caring and always pleasant. Overall great experience.
Three stars for the PT staff !! They were nice and knowledgeable. The lady at the front desk was not welcoming at all. The carpet was dirty and smelly, towels dirty and dingy, fabric on the bed ripped. I will not be returning to your New City location.
