Great workout!! Injured my knee a month ago so this has been a great alternative to other workouts. Great music and great instructor. Will definitely be back.

Water cycling was great! Nice intimate class with only about 5 of us including the instructor in a dark setting with upbeat music to keep your heart pumping. Very enjoyable! Nice workout that you feel immediately leaving the pool�
Really friendly, interactive and helpful staff. It was such a peaceful and soothing atmosphere. Everyone checks on you to be sure you are okay. One gave me their cell number to be able to reach them to get a status on future authorized sessions.
