Jessica was fantastic. Terrific attitude, she alway has a smile. Would recommend.
A critical piece on our daughter's wheelchair broke late one evening. The wheelchair was unusable, put us in a real bind with regard to her daily routine and healthcare. Called Motion and left a voicemail. First thing the next day a service vehicle was sent to the house, the chair was taken to the shop, new pieces installed and the repaired chair was delivered to the house before noon. Emmanuel is very kind and supportive. He has gone above and beyond getting estimate quickly. And taking the time to research alternate solutions, for the needs we require. He is knowledgeable and professional. Also, when first calling in. The receptionist quickly had the best response, of all the mobility stores. Offering to come take measurements and getting us a proper product as fast as they could.. you don't find service like this! I felt taken care of, and fully supported. thank you!
Bryce gave us very great service with a loved ones wheelchair needs. He always called us back with answers to our questions and after the wheelchair was custom fitted to our family member, he called us in a week to make sure everything was still working out for the client. It was all good and we appreciated the extra attention to detail he offered us. After the service and care we were given by Bryce, we would highly recommend Motion to anyone looking for specialized equipment!
