I had a very frustrating experience with Moti Physiotherapy in Mid-Wilshire. I came down with a bad flu and called to cancel my appointment because I was genuinely too sick to come in. Instead of being understanding, they told me I should still come in and just wear a mask. That response was shocking — not only was I feeling extremely ill, but coming in while sick could easily expose other patients and staff. I had a great experience at MOTI on Wilshire. Coming back from a knee operation, I was dreading 6 months of physical therapy. But Rajat and the rest of the team there did an amazing job of helping me get my full flexibility and mobility back in my leg. They were knowledgable, patient, personable, and fun to work with. The facility itself was also very impressive. I've seen 2 other physical therapists in LA, and both felt a bit rundown and overcrowded.
