RecommendedBest tamari cashew salad dressing on the planet and glad it hasn’t changed for 30 years. Had an awesome tomato Gorgonzola soup and finished it off with an amazing Belgian chocolate cake. The waitress recommended the homemade whip cream with the cake and it did not disappoint. I used to come here when I lived in Austin and moved to Napa in 2008, but am back to my home in my heart. RecommendedWe keeping intending to try other vegetarian/vegan restaurants in Austin but after a morning of fighting traffic and walking around, we always end up going to Mother's for lunch. It's dependable great and convenient to the UT area and not that far from downtown. We've always been able to find a place to park which is saying something for places in Austin.
