Be very cautious if you deal with them or Precor Property Management. They’re operated by the same people, and a quick Google search will show serious concerns about their practices, including renovictions based on questionable or outright false reasons. CBC has published two separate articles highlighting their treatment of tenants. Personally, I would never do business with a company that treats people this way.

My kitchen is BEAUTIFUL! Leah was fantastic for helping to design and putting up my decisions that often went back and forth. One thing, I found the pre-calls for when people arrive on site etc. lacked even though on paper it said they did them. This is a very easy fix for greater communication on their installers side but would highly recommend otherwise!
We worked with Teri Hutchinson at Mother Hubbards and had a wonderful experience. She really took the time to understand our vision and tailored the selection process to suit our needs. She offered really valuable advice on the function and practicality of things that I would have never even considered, and we really appreciated her patience with our selections. We are so looking forward to seeing our vision come to life and we certainly could not have designed our dream kitchen without her expertise!
We are very pleased with the customer service we have received on a new kitchen in our home. Pius & Edgar both have exceptional attention to detail and are highly trained as it shows in their work.
