We engaged Mother Hubbards on June 22, 2021 and paid deposits; installation began October 11. Work stalled due to measurement errors, the waterfall island was installed incorrectly, and we observed poor workmanship (bulky trim, cracked/misaligned custom hood, glue left on new quartz). Be very cautious if you deal with them or Precor Property Management. They’re operated by the same people, and a quick Google search will show serious concerns about their practices, including renovictions based on questionable or outright false reasons. CBC has published two separate articles highlighting their treatment of tenants. Personally, I would never do business with a company that treats people this way.
