Very unpleasant front desk staff.
We checked in and went upstairs to our room. The upstairs hallway appeared to be over a hundred degrees. (it was sweltering) There was a huge fan blowing the heat toward a door that was opened going outside. When we expressed concern for where the heat was coming from we were told they did not know. We decided to ask for a refund for fear of a fire. (there was no sprinkler system) My mother-in-law was in a different room and they refused refund the full amount of the room. Although the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Other guests were yelling in the hall dogs were barking and doors were being slammed. Hated it there. Left early no coffee in room no shampoo. Just a really bad choice.
Prima motel. Vriendelijk personeel!
Room was big enough. But bed a little hard. Phone didn't work and cable kept going out.
This was the worst motel 6 experience ever. They were unable to accommodate my handicap mother with first floor room even with advanced notice of the need. The non-smoking was saturated in cigarette smell. They want to charge even more money to move us. Then there was a mysterious alarm that went of in our room in the middle of the night. The staff was very dismissive when these things were brought to their attention. We will skip Vicksburg, MS altogether in our future travels.
I was their on the 4th of Oct 2017 it very nice and clean and friendly staff. But only bad part was no Shampoo or Conditioner to wash your hair, they do have a pack you can buy in the vendor machine cost way to much for what you get. But over over all was a great place
First, the front desk person truly knew what customer service is. However, when I checked out I could not get a receipt for my expenses report. Was told it would be emailed to me. When I called I was told I had booked through Expedia, which I had NOT! Was then sent a form to complete and was told it would take 3 days to get receipt AFTER they received the form.
