This hotel is so run down it's not funny
Room smelled clean however the ice bucket had hair on the bottom of it. The toilet seat was loose and I ended up tightening it myself. The shower curtain had a hole in it. The hot water knob was broken and when I went to call the front desk the phone doesn't work. So I had to walk down to the front desk to report it. I asked about a refund upon checking out, manager said call Expedia. Expedia said call motel. get rid of drug dealers. fix the mold problems. get rid of crappy staff. a man was shot when I showed up. no towels for the rooms. no shower curtain in the room. crack motel at its finest. drugs run that motel. dont stay there
That place is a dump. Shady people always hanging around, lobby and parking lot smells like marijuana. Bathrooms are nasty and molded with rotten baseboard and busted plastic showers that leak. Room keys have to be re-programmed every day. The price is definitely indicative of the “clientele” that hangs around there. There’s even someone sleeping in the lobby. Very nice clerk at the front desk...HUGE room...close to freeway/dining...only a short drive to historic downtown...great price with free pet policy!

Got there, checked in with our reservations we made over a week in advance, to start our rooms were on the complete opposite side of each other, then 2 hours after checking in, we discover there NO hot water!! We ask; and their boilers are out and have been for a day or so, and they did NOT tell ANY of the guests. I told every person I saw about it as we left, and also it takes 3-5 business days to get the money back, which ruined our triP and the staff is RUDE. A formal complaint has been filed against that hotel.
Ask for my money back once I walked in room smelled like mold and sure enough there mold on wall! We had rented 2 rooms and ask for them to he beside each other which they was not the other room was ok but had to get money back on both rooms bc they claim they had no other rooms ! Then they told us it take 5days to get our money back!
