The guy at the front desk is disrespectful; he lacks the professional ethics needed for the job.
I reserved 3 double queen rooms. Looking at the website the facility was clean the rooms were clean. When I arrived to check in the facility looks run down dirty asked to see the rooms and had to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to the rooms. They weren’t clean smelled musty and the stairs were dirty asked hand rails were dirty not a place I would recommend anyone to stay. Then they tried to charged my card I reserved the rooms with after not even checking in
Found bed bugs. Left immediately.
The rooms were clean and the price was good. It was a bit noisy, but that's to be expected to close to the highway.
